Hastelloy C22 delivers excellent mechanical strength, with tensile strength up to 690 MPa and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. It performs reliably in a wide range of chemicals, including chlorides, ferric and cupric salts, and strong oxidizers. We provide C22 products in sizes from ½” NB to 48” NB, with pressure ratings from 150# to 2500# for flanges, and 3000# to 9000# for forged fittings. All materials are tested under a certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, including PMI, hydro, ultrasonic, hardness, and dimensional checks to ensure top-tier performance.
Hastelloy C22 is widely used in chemical reactors, heat exchangers, digesters, pollution control systems, offshore platforms, and marine exhausts.
